  2. Shri N.J. Singh, Nodal Officer, HDFC Bank, HDFC House, Phase-1, Industrial Area, Chandigarh.
  3. Shri Akashdeep Jain, S/o Sh.Acchar Kumar Jain, House No. 586, Purian Mohalla, Near Sitla Mandir, Hoshiarpur (Punjab).

                                                            ORDER

 

            The case is at preliminary stage.  The complainant has made statement that he may kindly be allowed to withdraw the present complaint with liberty to file fresh before the appropriate Forum having territorial jurisdiction and requested for return of the documents. Accordingly the complaint is allowed to be withdrawn without prejudice to the right of the complainant to file fresh before the appropriate Forum having territorial jurisdiction, as permitted by law.

            After retaining one copy of the complaint, the remaining sets of the complaint be returned to the complainant.

            Copies of this order free of cost be supplied to the parties. The file be consigned.
