Heard on the question of admission.

Admittedly, the cause of action to complaint arose in the month of May, 2013, whereas the complaint has been filed on 11.3.2016.  In view of this fact, prima-facie, the complaint is barred by limitation.

However, at this stage, learned counsel for complainant seeks to withdraw this complaint with liberty to move to some other appropriate forum, according to law.

In view of the submissions made by counsel for complainant, this complainant is disposed of as withdrawn.
