Present:       None for the parties.

                    Case called several times since morning but none appeared on behalf of the parties.  The execution of the impugned order is stayed by Hon’ble National Commission vide order dated 16.03.2015 passed in Revision Petition No. 570 of 2015 filed by the petitioner/JD subject to deposit of the awarded amount, which was deposited by the petitioner/JD.  For the last several heatings nobody is appering on behalf of DH.  No further order has been received from the Hon’ble National Commission.  In view of these facts further adjournment is not justified.  The DH shall be at liberty to file fresh execution after the passing of the final order, if so advised.  With this observation, the execution application of the DH is dismissed. File be consigned to the record room.
