ORDER

     At this stage, vide his separate statement, counsel for complainants has stated that the complainants do not want to pursue with the present consumer complaint further and hence under the instructions of complainants, he withdraw the present consumer complaint and prayed that the same be dismissed as withdrawn. In view of the statement made by the counsel for complainants, the present consumer complaint is dismissed as withdrawn.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
