            Complainant present . Heard  the compliant. The complainant has not availed any service from the opposite party. He only the guarantor to his brother who had availed loan from opposite party. Therefore the compliant is not a consumer as per consumer protection Act. Since he has not availed any service from opposite party. hence the compliant is dismissed as not maintainable.
