The applicants Manjit Kaur and Hakam Singh have suffered the joint statement that we have received original banker cheques bearing Nos. 016193 & 016195 dated 13.9.2024 for Rs. 2,50,000/- each being the full and final payment of order dated 12.1.2015 passed by this Forum/Commission from the respondent and withdraw the present execution application being fully satisfied.
In view of the statement of the applicants, the present execution application is dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to records after its due compliance.
