Pawar advocate for opposite party of even date, the opposite party is directed to issue NOC and clear CIBIL status of account of credit card of the complainant within 30 days from encashment of cheque no.956459 dated 29.05.2017 of Rs.67254.37/-(Rs.Sixty Seven Thousands Two Hundred Fifty four and Thirty Seven paisa).
