                                      Today the case is fixed for evidence of complainants. Case called several times since morning, but none has appeared on behalf of complainants. It is already 4.00 p.m. Case is also finally called at 4.00 p.m. but despite that none has appeared on behalf of complainants. Further wait is not justified. The present complaint was filed on 06.12.2021 and complainants have already availed sufficient opportunities for their evidence but have failed to lead any evidence and today none has appeared on behalf of complainants. So, it appears that complainants are not interested to pursue further with their complaint. Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for non appearance and prosecution.  File be consigned to the record room.
