Sh. Pardeep Arora, Adv.counsel for the opposite party No.2 got recorded his statement that opposite party No.2 has sent the correct CIBIL report after removing wrong entry as stated in the complaint by post. In case, the complainant does not receive, the opposite party will sent fresh CIBIL report after making correction and rectification as required in the complaint and already stated in para 6 of the affidavit ex.OP2/1 within 15 days of demand of the same. In view of the above statement, Sh.Deepinder Singh,Adv.counsel for the complainant has got recorded statement that he withdraws the present complaint. Resultantly, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. File is ordered to be consigned to the record room.
