Perusal of the record shows that vide order dated 23.05.2022 proxy counsel for complainant sought time for arguments. Thereafter he did not appear. Today is the 3^rd Consecutive including.  Commission is not inclined to accommodate complainant any further as he has failed to press his own case. Therefore, the complaint is dismissed in default for willful non-appearance, non-prosecution in light of the detailed observation.. File be consigned to record room.
