Today complainant appeared and filed a withdrawal petition along with his adhaar card stating theirin that outside this commission complainant has compromise this case and he received the money from HDFC bank as per his full satisfaction, So the complainant is not willing to proceed in this case. As such the complainant may be permitted to withdraw this case. 

              From perusal of this case it transpires that the case is fixed on 24.05.24 evidence of complainant but Since the complainant is not willing to proceed further in this case. Therefore after recalling the date this case is dismissed as withdrawn. Keep the record in the record room. There is no need to put up this case further hearing on 24.05.24.
