ORDER

Notice was sent to the complainant/petitioner for removal of defects by registered A.D. dated 5.1.2011. More than 30 days have elapsed and the notice is deemed to have been received by the petitioner/complainant. However, the defects have not been removed. Besides this, there is a delay of 539 days in filing this revision for which no sufficient explanation has been given nor any application has been filed for condoning delay.

          In view of the above, the revision is hereby dismissed with no order as to cost.
