ORDER

                    Sh. Sandeep Suri, counsel for the OP has made the following statement, recorded separately: -

                   “On instructions of my client, the OP offer to reverse the FCY markup charges levied to the account as mentioned in para No.17 of the complaint within 30 days towards in full & final settlement of the dispute towards this complaint”.

                   Sh. Gurmohan Singh, complainant has made the following statement, recorded separately: -         

“I accept the offer of OP. I withdraw this complaint”.

                   In view of the aforesaid statement, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. Parties shall be bound by the statements made before this Forum.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
