ORDER

Present:       Shri Yogesh Mehta, Adv. for the  complainant.

                   Shri Deepanshu Tuteja, Adv. for the OP no.2

ORDER

                        Power of attorney filed by learned counsel for the OP no.2.

                        Learned counsel for the OP no.2 has made a statement that the insurance company has compromised the said complaint with the complainant for full and final settlement of Rs.22,010/-. The insurance company shall deposit the said amount within 45 days from the date of this order.

                        The learned counsel for  complainant agreed by abovesaid statement withdraws the present complaint. His statement to this effect recorded separately.   

                        Keeping in view the aforementioned statements, present complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn. OP no.2 is directed to remain bound by his statement made today before this Commission. If the OP no.2 fails to make the payment of aforesaid amount within 45 days, it shall be liable to pay interest @9% per annum from the date of passing of the order till payment.

                         Complaint stands disposed off accordingly. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance. Copy of order be supplied to the parties free of cost.

                        File be consigned after due compliance.
