          This complaint has been filed by the complainant against the opposite party under section 12 of the Consumer Protection Act 1986 seeking direction to pay a sum of Rs.75,000/- with interest and also to pay cost of the complaint.

        Proof affidavit of complainant not filed for long time.  Complainant and counsel also called absent for long time.  Hence Proof affidavit of complainant closed; this complaint is dismissed for default.
