ORDER

     File taken up today on the application dated 22.04.2024 filed on behalf of complainant for withdrawal of the present complaint on the basis of compromise dated 19.04.2024 in terms of order passed by Hon’ble Ms.Justice Harpreet Kaur Jeewan, Judge, Punjab and Haryana High Court Chandigarh on 19.04.2024.

     Vide his separate statement, Sh.Rohit Khullar, Advocate for Complainant has stated that he withdraw the present consumer complaint on behalf of complainant as the compromise has been effected between the complainant and OP No.6 as laid down in order dated 19.04.2024 passed by Hon’ble Ms.Justice Harpreet Kaur Jeewan, Judge, Punjab and Haryana High Court.

     In view of the request made in the application and statement made by counsel for complainant, the present consumer complaint stands dismissed as withdrawn.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
