ORDER

BY PRESIDENT THIRU. G.VINOBHA, M.A.,B.L.,

          This complaint is filed by the complainant u/s 12 of the Consumer Protection Act.1986.

          The complainant filed this complaint against the opposite parties to forthwith produce documents namely and signature request made and joint account opening form and change of signature by Sanath and suresh which had 3 different signatures and original request made at Santhome on 05.07.2011 and signature details/mandate etc. from April 2011 onwards given by complainant and to pay Rs.5,00,000/- for the deficiency of service and negligence of the opposite parties in not furnishing the document sought for, effectively answer and conduct a thorough investigation as return of 2 cheques for reason “payment stopped”, mere giving of interest as a sop, expressing an apology unmindful of the grave nature of their nonchalant acts deeply injuring complainant and to pay Rs.5,00,000/- for the resultant mental agony and pain caused by such deficiency of service and to pay Rs.25,000/- as cost.

Complainant and Complainant counsel absent.  No representation.  Sufficient opportunity given.  Hence, Complaint  is dismissed for default.
