Execution Application under Section 71 of Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Present:        Shri Chetan Goel, Advocate for the DH/Complainant.

         

          The execution application is taken up today on the application moved by the Ld. Counsel for the DH/Complainant seeking withdrawal of the present execution application as JDs have made the compliance of order under execution. In this regard, Ld. Counsel for the DH/Complainant also by making a separate statement stated that he wants to withdraw the present execution being fully satisfied, on behalf of the DH/Complainant, as the compliance has been made by the JDs/OPs No. 1 and 2.

                     Heard. Since the dispute in question involved in the present complaint has been settled between the parties by way of compliance of order under execution, in view of the statement of the Ld. Counsel for the DH/Complainant, the present execution application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being fully satisfied.

                     A copy of this order be sent to the parties, free of costs and File be attached with the main file, after due compliance.
