                   Present:       None for complainants.                                                                               

                                      Case called several times since morning, but none has appeared on behalf of complainants. It is already 4.00 p.m. Case is also finally called at 4.00 p.m. but despite that none has appeared on behalf of complainants. Further wait is not justified. The present complaint pertains to the year 2021 but ops could not be served for want of copies of complaint, RC etc. and complainants have already availed several opportunities in this regard but have failed to provide the same. It appears that complainants are not interested to pursue further with their complaint.  Hence, the present complaint is hereby dismissed in default for want of prosecution.  File be consigned to the record room.
