At this stage Sh. Sudhir Kumar Bansal complainant and Sh. Tajinder Singh Branch Manager, HDFC Bank, Barnala appeared for compromise. Sh. Sudhir Kumar Bansal complainant made a statement that the present matter has been compromised with the opposite parties and as per compromise I have received Demand Draft No. 014693 dated 16.8.2022 for Rs. 3,25,000/- in my favour as full and final settlement of my claim so I withdraw the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn. His statement recorded and taken up on the file.

In view of the statement of the complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs or compensation. Copy of the order be supplied to the parties free of costs. File be consigned to the records.
