Final Order / Judgement | Complainant Smti Ankita Baruah is present with her learned counsel Mr. Mayur Das. Opp.party is represented by Sri Rituparna Deka , Manager, HDFC Bank Ltd. is present with learned counsel Sabina Yasmin. Opp.Parties have filed petition no. 3232 dtd. 20.9.2023 stating the fact that opp.party have no grievances against the complainant in connection with credit card bearing No. 457704440483530 in (AAN000101172000580353 and opp.parties have handed over the NOC in connection with the aforementioned credit card to the complainant because the complainant have already paid Rs.30,000/- in cash as a final settlement outside the court. Similarly another petition No. 3230 dtd. 20.9.2023 is filed by the complainant stating that they have amicably settled the settled amount of Rs.30,000/- to the opp.party as full and final settlement of their dispute. Petitions are jointly signed by both the parties and accordingly, on the above terms and conditions and after final settlement of the dispute outside the court the compromise between the parties is allowed . Case is disposed of on compromise. | |
