Sharda Joshi versus  HDFC etc.

                Today the case was fixe for filing reply to the application. However, learned counsel for complainant has made a statement that the matter has been settled with the OPs. Now, he does not want to pursue the present complaint and withdraws the same. In view of the same, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
