Statement of Sh.Raj Kumar, Complainant recorded that the matter has been compromised with the Opposite Parties.  He has received an amount of Rs.23,874.20 in his salary account maintained with the HDFC Bank, BMC Chowk Branch, Jalandhar.  Today he has received Rs.11,000/- in cash from the Opposite Parties as a good will gesture.  As such, he does not want to proceed further with the present complaint and same may kindly be dismissed as withdrawn as fully satisfied.

So accordingly, in view of the statement suffered by the Complainant in person, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn after having been compromised.  File be consigned to the record room.
