File taken up today on the application.
The complainant has made a statement that he has paid the entire loan amount of the OP through a cheque for Rs.9,27,300/- and he be given documents of the property along with NOC.
Thereafter Sh.Jasbir Singh, Collection Manager of the OP has made a statement that he has received the cheque no.241374 dated 27.3.2015 amounting to Rs.9,27,300/- as full and final payment of the loan amount and they will return the documents and NOC upto 15.4.2015/
Statements of both the sides have been reduced into writing. In view of the statements made by the parties, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the parties shall be bound by their respective statements. The parties concerned be communicated of the order accordingly and the file be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
