ORDER

Counsel for the complainant reports the receipt of original R.C.book and original key of the hypothecated vehicle. Counsel for the opposite party prays time for issuing no objection certificate. The complainant and counsel for the opposite party submitted that he entered into a settlement, in which the opposite party has agreed to pay Rs.3,000/- to the complainant towards cost of this complaint and therefore both of them submitted for closing the complaint. In view of the settlement arrived between the parties, the complaint is closed as grievance of the complainant is satisfied. The opposite party shall issue NOC to the complainant within a week from 07.01.2009.
