Today the case is fixed for arguments. However, learned counsel for complainant has suffered a separate statement that due to some technical defect in the present complaint he withdraws the present complaint and permission to file fresh complaint may be granted and original documents may be returned. In view of the statement of learned counsel for complainant, present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with permission to file fresh case before appropriate court of law and may seek exemption of time spent before this Commission as per law. Original documents be returned to the complainant/ learned counsel for complainant against proper receipt after placing on file photostat copies of the same. File be consigned to the record room.
