                   Today, learned counsel for the complainant has made a statement, which is recorded separately, to the effect that matter has been settled between the parties. He has received a cheque of Rs.1,00,000/-, bearing No.619309 dated 01.11.2023, towards full and final settlement.  Now nothing remains due against the OPs.  As such, he withdraws the present complaint on behalf of the complainant.

                   In view of the above-said statement of the learned counsel for the complainant, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Certified copy of this order passed in Lok Adalat be supplied to the parties concerned, free of costs, as per rules. File be indexed and consigned to record room, after due compliance.
