                        Ld. Counsel for the applicant stated that as per order dated 28.9.2017 passed by the Forum the complainant/applicant has deposited the amount of Rs.8600/- and Rs.3500/- and has received the “No Objection Certificate from the OPs. He further stated that he does not want to proceed with the present miscellaneous application and the same be dismissed as withdrawn.

                       In view of the statement made by Ld. Counsel for the applicant/complainant, the present miscellaneous application is hereby dismissed as withdrawn.  File be consigned to the record-room after due compliance.
