ORDER

                   Sh. Sanjeev Dua, counsel for the complainant and Ms. Anjali, wife of the complainant has appended a note on the first page of the complaint that during the pendency of the complaint, he withdraws the present complaint with liberty to file fresh complaint, as new facts come in the knowledge of the complainant.

                   In view of the above, this complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file a fresh complaint before the appropriate Authority/ Court/ Forum/ Commission, as per law.

                   Certified copy of this order be communicated to the parties free of cost. After compliance file be consigned.
