Final Order / Judgement 30.11.2023 Present: None for the applicant No.2.   This order will dispose of the present miscellaneous application dated 14.11.2023 moved by the applicant for extension of time to file its written version. Due to additional duty of P.O at DCC, Bathinda the quorum was incomplete on 14.11.2023  and case was adjourned for 20.11.2023, 28.11.2023 and then for today i.e 30.11.2023 for further orders. But stipulated period of 45 days to file written version by the OP No.2/applicant has already expired and the applicant failed to file its written version within stipulated period. Due to incomplete quorum the Commission was not in a position to pass an effective/appropriate order in the present application on the above mentioned dates. Therefore, the present miscellaneous application became infructuous. As such, the same stands disposed off.
