ORDER

     Case taken up today as 26.09.2022 was declared public holiday under the orders of Chandigarh Administration and notice was placed on the official website & notice board of this Commission that case shall be taken up for effective hearing on 29.09.2022. Copy of the notice placed on the file.

     The instant execution application has been filed by complainant for execution of the interim order dated 15.02.2022 passed by this Commission. At this stage, counsel for OP No.1 & 3 has brought to our notice that since the main complaint has already been dismissed, as such, the instant execution application of the interim order is not maintainable.

     We have perused the record of the main complaint and satisfied that since the main complaint filed by complainant has already been dismissed on 30.06.2022 and the interim order dated 15.02.2022 has already been merged into the main order, the present execution application is not maintainable and the same is also dismissed.

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
