Final Order / Judgement

Complainant has filed hazira. Hazira is filed from the side of HDFC Bank Ops of this case.

 Today is fixed for filing of affidavit in chief allowed evidence from the side of complainant . But to that effect no steps has yet taken only hazira is filed on repeated calls neither the complainant nor his Ld advocate is found present. It is now 12.30 p.m. IT appears that Ops entered in this case on 02.4.18 by filing vokalat-nama & on the next date filed written version on 16.4.18 and on that date also even no steps was  taken by complainant side. Since 22.5.18 the dates of filing affidavit in chief from complainant’s have been fixing.

 In view of the circumstances, it is considered that the complainant is not willing to proceed with this case .

 Prayer fee paid.

 However it is ORDERED,

 That the instant case is dismissed for default.
