                 Keeping in view even dated separate statement suffered by counsel for the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn and after removing technical/legal defect, if any, the complainant shall be at liberty to file afresh complaint against the party concerned. The supportive documents Ex.C2 to Ex.C8 attached with the complaint are hereby ordered to be returned to the complainant through counsel Sh. Sushil Kumar Goindwal, against proper receipt and photocopy of the same retained on record.  File be consigned to the records.
