Ld. Advocate for the Applicant is present.  The Complainants have filed this Transfer Application praying for transfer of C.C.No. 455 of 2015 pending before the Ld. DCDRF, South 24 Parganas at Baruipur to the newly created Ld. DCDRF, Kolkata, Unit-III.  Having heard the Ld. Advocate and on perusal of the papers on record we allow this Transfer Application.  Let the Case bearing No. 455 of 2015 pending before the Ld. DCDRF, South 24 Parganas at Baruipur be withdrawn and transferred to the newly created Ld. DCDRF, Kolkata, Unit-III for disposal.  Inform both the Fora accordingly.  Both parties are directed to appear before the Ld. DCDRF, Kolkata, Unit-III on 18.2.2016.  The Transfer Application is thus disposed of.
