                        File taken up today on the application of counsel for complainant. Counsel for the complainant made a statement recorded separately that matter has been compromised between the parties.  Now nothing remains due toward the OPs, so he wants to withdraw the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                        In view of the aforesaid statement made by the counsel for the complainant, the present complaint stands disposed off being fully satisfied. Copies of this order be sent to the parties concerned as per rules. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
