File taken up today as 23.03.2022 was declared as gazetted holiday. Today, Ld counsel for the complainant has made the following statement.

“Stated that there is some technical defect in framing the complaint. The complaint does not want to proceed the present complaint further and the complainant withdraw the present complaint and with liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the defect”.

In view and above statement the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action after removing the defect, if any as per law copy of order will be supplied be District consumer Disputes Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission Amritsar.
