Parties are present. O.P. 2 give a A/C payee cheque of Rs.2,10,078/- only drawn in favour of the complainant, Raj Kumar Pandey, which is being received by him as full and final settlement of his prayers as stated in complainant / Petitioner. And the complainant has no further claim from O.Ps.

Heard. Considered. In view of this position, the instant case is disposed on full satisfaction subject to encashment of the said cheque.

At this stage, O.P. 1 appears and draws our attention to the fact that entire grievance the complainant was against O.P. 2 & 3 and as the case is disposed of on receipt of cheque of Rs.2,10,078/- from O.Ps. 2 & 3  by the complainant and as there is no grievance against O.P. 1. O.P. 1 may be exonerated from this case. Heard. Considered. Prayer of O.P. 1 is allowed.
