          Both the parties are present.

          One petition is filed on behalf of the parties stating that the matter has been amicably settled among them and the C.C. No. 618 of 2014 be dismissed as withdrawn in terms of settlement.

          Heard the ld. counsel and also perused the compromise petition accompanied by terms of settlement between the petitioner and the o.p.

          In view of above,  the C.C. No. 618 of 2014 be and the same is dismissed as withdrawn and the compromise petition along with terms of settlement  be part of the compromise order.

          The case is thus disposed of.
