Despite repeated calls complainant has not appeared. The present complaint case was filed on 05.12.2016. Complainant is not appearing from past two consecutive dates of hearing i.e. 08.10.2022, and 20.03.2023. Last and final opportunity was granted to parties on the last date of hearing 20.03.2023 for addressing arguments. Today also complainant is absent. It appears that complainant is not interested in pursuing present case. Therefore present complaint case is dismissed in default of the complainant as well as for non prosecution.
