                   Sh. Gulshan Chawla, Advocate for the Opposite party no.2.

                   File put up today before National Lok Adalat. Learned counsel for the complainant suffered a statement that in the above case settlement has been effected with the opposite party. Hence, he withdraws the present complaint being fully satisfied.

                   In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the complainant, present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn being settled and fully satisfied in National Lok Adalat. Copy of this order be supplied to the parties free of cost.
