             This case has been called several times since morning, but up to 3:00PM, the complainant failed to appear before this Forum, either in person or through any Advocate.  Further wait is unjustified. Moreover, history of the proceedings before this Forum are telling on 22.3.2019 no evidence of the complainant was present, then, on 25.4.2019, the complainant was not present. The complaint is dismissed on account of default in appearance. File be consigned to the records.
