Ordered

That the instant case be and the same is allowed on contest against the OP.

          OP is directed to reverse the charges of Rs.11,241-86 to the subject account of the complainant as described in the scheduled of the complaint within 30 days from the date of this order.

          OP is further directed to pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- as litigation cost unto the complainant within the said stipulated period.

          OP is further directed to pay an amount of Rs.25,000/- towards unfair trade practice and penalty for violation of the order of this Forum, to be paid to this Forum within the stipulated period.

          Failure to comply with this order will entitle the complainants to put the decree into execution u/s.25 read with Section 27 of the C.P. Act.
