Both parties are present.

Settlement petition duly signed by the parties is filed for final disposal . Hd. Lawyers and both parties. Considering the settlement petition it is found that the complainant is satisfied as grievance is redresses by the p bank and NOC is also issued so as per settlement petition . Complainant has received a cheque no. 880567 dt. 17/03/2016 for Rs.224000/- for full and final settlement.

In the premises the settlement petition filed by the parties is accepted.

Hence, Ordered, that the complaint is disposed of finally subject to encashment of the cheque by the complainant.

Let the settlement petition is made part of this order.
