          Sh. Brahmu Ram applicant/decree holder has suffered a statement that he has executed a registered transfer deed vide wasika no.2035 dated 4.7.2016 in favour of his wife Smt. Rani Devi. He produced the photocopy of said transfer deed, the same is mark as Mark-A. He has received all the expenses incurred on the execution of abovesiad transfer deed from the JD Bank. He has also received today a cheque bearing no. 710328 dated 21.06.2016 for Rs. 23,000/- in his favour drawn on ICICI Bank from JD Bank in lieu of remaining amount out of total compensation as per compromise for lost of his original title deed. Now nothing is due against the JD Bank and shall not claim anything from the JD Bank in future relating to his lost original title deed. As such, he does not want to pursue the present execution application and the same may be dismissed as withdraw, being fully satisfied.

          In view of statement suffered by applicant/decree holder, the instant execution application is ordered to be dismissed as withdrawn, being fully satisfied. File be consigned to record room.
