      Present none for  complainant since 10-08-2016, 01-09-2016,
15-09-2016, 27-09-2016 and today consecutively.  It appears  that
complainant is not interested in pursuing his case. It will be abuse
of process to proceed further in the absence of complainant. Hence
complaint be dismissed in default for the reasons mentioned above.
Copy of this order be made available to the parties free of cost as
per law and a copy be kept on separate file. File be consigned to
record room.
