Complainant filed an application with the prayer to withdraw the case
with the permission to file a fresh one in the interest of justice.
As case is listed for consideration and issuance of the notice to OP
,therefore, heard complainant and perused file. Complainant has stated
that in the present complaint some technical anomalies has to be
removed. Therefore, he wants to withdraw the present complaint and to
file a fresh one with the permission of this forum.  Therefore, prayer
of the complainant is allowed to withdraw the complaint with the
liberty to file complaint afresh in the interest of justice within a
period of 30 days from the date of order..

Copy of this order be made available to the party free of cost as per
law. File be consigned to record room.
