ORDER

     File taken up in the Lok Adalat. Sh.Sunil Kumar, Counsel for Complainant and Sh.H.S.Kathpal, Counsel for OPs have suffered joint statement, recorded separately, which is reiterated as under:-

     “Joint statement of Sh.Sunil Kumar, Counsel for      Complainant and Sh.H.S.Kathpal, Counsel for OPs.

     Stated that the parties have settled the matter. As per settlement, NOC as fully paid of loan account     number 25836693 has been issued to the complainant.

     In view of the aforesaid statement, counsel for      complainant (Sh.Sunil Kumar, Advocate) withdraws the   present complaint and hereby states that not to file      any other case regarding the subject matter of the    complaint.”

     In view of the aforesaid statement, instant complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. 

     Certified copies of this order be sent to the parties free of cost. The file be consigned.
