        Today the case is fixed for remaining evidence of the complainant, subject to last opportunity.

                At the stage, learned counsel for the complainant has suffered his separate statement to effect that the complainant does not want to pursue with the present complaint and he withdraws the same on the instructions of the complainant.

 

                In view of the above statement, the present complaint is hereby dismissed as withdrawn. Parties concerned be communicated the order accordingly and file be consigned to the record room.
