2.       HUDA Bank Ltd. having its registered office at HDFC Bank, House Senapati Bapat Marg, Lower Peral (West) Mumbai-400013 through its Managing Director.

                   Learned counsel for complainant has made a statement that he withdraws the present complaint on account of technical defect and sought permission to file afresh.

                In view of statement of learned counsel for complainant, the present complaint is dismissed as withdrawn. However, the complainant would be at liberty to file fresh complaint on the same cause of action in the court of competent jurisdiction. File be consigned to the record room after due compliance.
