Complainant and opposite party present. Matter settled for an amount of Rs 5 lakhs. Amount has to be paid in 6 instalments starting from march 28^th.  Out of the 6 instalments, 5 instalments of Rs 90000/- each and the last instalments is  Rs 50000/-. Each instalment should be paid on or before 28^th of every month .If the amount specified has not been paid in 3 consecutive instalments,  the petitioner has to surrender the vehicle. On completion of the payment stated above NOC will be given within 20 working days to the complainant

If the complainant failed to comply with the above conditions, the settlement stands cancelled against the complainant. On receiving the amount if the opposite party failed to issue NOC, the complainant can execute the order accordingly.  On the basis of the above terms, the complaint is closed.
